The edge of the shoreline is one of those places that can't quite make up its mind.
Water here, then not.
Stillness, then movement, then the suggestion of both at once.

This piece sits in that in-between.
Layers of paint build a surface that feels open & held simultaneously, a moment suspended just before the tide decides what it's doing next.
